When no support is used for installation, it must be ensured that more than 80% of the shaft end plane part is supported, and the gap between the shaft end plane part and the support should be less than 0.4MM. There should be no clearance when the electric drum is frequently positive, reversed or started/stopped multiple times.
3, TM80A, TM113A, TM138, TM165, TM174, TM216, TM320 and TM320N electric roller shaft end marked with the word "UP", when installing to ensure that the word "UP" is facing up (the purpose is to ensure adequate lubrication of the gear), Otherwise, it will lead to excessive noise, overheat of the cylinder and complete damage of the electric roller. TM80B, TM113B and TM113M electric rollers are not limited by the installation direction.
4, electric roller incline installation: The tilting Angle of TM80A, TM113A and TM138 electric rollers is more than 2°. When the tilting Angle of TM80B, TM113B, TM113M, TM165, TM174, TM216, TM320 and TM320N electric rollers is more than 4°, it is strictly prohibited to use. Otherwise, because the internal cooling lubricating oil is concentrated at one end, the gear can not be fully lubricated, the heat of the motor can not be cooled, and the long-term operation will lead to the damage of the electric drum.
